Johnson's Cranberry Bog. Owner Blake Johnson is truly "out-standing in his field!" Seriously, despite a continent-wide depression in the cranberry industry (due to over-production) Johnson is maintaining the business by selling only fresh fruit which has produced much more lucrativ cash returns. In fact, Johnson is expanding his cranberry acreage and we looked at young (non-producing) and older production bogs. Apparently Nova Scotia is one of North America's oldes cranberry growing regions -- take that Wisconsin!
