Long-time IDFTA supporter Peter van Oostrum talks about the transition from seedling rootstocks in 19966 when he purchased Canard Orchards to semi-dwarf and dwarf rootstocks today. Peter has turned the orchard over to his sons Henry and Gerry, however, he still keeps his foot-in-the-door as a consultant.
